Prevention

A Taoist ☯️ aphorism succinctly states that immunity is a natural gift of life:

𝑾𝒉𝒆𝒏 𝒐𝒏𝒆 𝒅𝒐𝒆𝒔 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒊𝒏𝒄𝒖𝒓 𝒔𝒎𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝒅𝒊𝒔𝒆𝒂𝒔𝒆𝒔,

𝒐𝒏𝒆 𝒘𝒊𝒍𝒍 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒊𝒏𝒄𝒖𝒓 𝒎𝒐𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒆 𝒅𝒊𝒔𝒆𝒂𝒔𝒆𝒔.

In other words, if one keeps the resistance of one's body high, one will not be affected by germs or viruses. A body that is healthy can resist every possible kind of disease, but one that is weak or lacks resistance can be brought down by one little germ. To prevent death, one need only prevent the small diseases👳🏿‍♂️
